At the Well is a weekend group whose purpose is to give those having participated in Encounter or Support and Recovery Groups a next step into community; however, anyone may attend and all are welcomed.  It is a challenging–and safe — place for the hurting and broken in spirit who long to experience lasting healing and soul satisfying contentment.  We address real life issues with topics on compulsions, trust, true love, loneliness, grace, forgiveness, bitterness, hope, self-control, joy vs. happiness, self-examination, beliefs, true intimacy, worship, transformation, brokenness, and fear.  In other words, life issues relevant to anyone who has been wounded by circumstances, events or relationships associated with living in a flawed, fallen world.  It is a forum designed for participation and open discussion.  Most importantly, it is a place to hear the truth about what God has to say to, and about, you.  It is the next step in your support, recovery, and healing.  Lamentations 3:40 says, “Let us examine our ways and return to the Lord.”  Having experienced addiction and the wounds of life, I invite you to join us as together we “examine our ways” and discover God’s grace, forgiveness, and healing.
